Role-based AccessEmail/password and Microsoft Entra sign-in are available. Microsoft sign-in requires the identity provider to be configured and an existing invited account. MFA is required for active staff members. Password users enrol an authenticator; Microsoft sign-in relies on the identity provider’s MFA policy. Portal MFA follows workspace policy.
Primary HostingThe application is hosted by Hetzner in Nuremberg. The primary database is hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt; primary file storage uses Supabase Storage and AWS S3 in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). External AI, email and other connected services have their own processing locations.
